Spencer announces partnership with Microsoft
Following high demand from enterprise leaders, Spencer and Microsoft are investing in a tight integration between Office 365 and Spencer’s Mobile Workplace Assistant.
The Spencer platform facilitates processes at work though a series of mobile-first and employee-centric journeys. And some of those journeys rely on Office 365 for specific steps. Thanks to this strategic alliance, customers of Office 365 will now be able to implement Spencer faster and more cost-effectively. Within the framework of this collaboration, Spencer is also adopting Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.
A managing assistant to every employee
Spencer offers a mobile workplace assistant, a mobile app that facilitates processes at work for every single employee. The assistant taps into numerous enterprise solutions, to facilitate end-to-end processes that typically require multiple steps across multiple tools. Spencer takes an employee-first perspective, proactively aggregating information and recommending next steps.
“Throughout the processes that Spencer facilitates for employees, there are a number of ties with Office 365 tools, like Exchange, SharePoint, Yammer and Skype for Business. Having Spencer pre-connected to these Office 365 tools allows us to deliver that portion of our integrated assistant, faster and more cost-effectively to all clients running Office 365”
Jointly offer modern workplace solutions
To underline its commitment to this partnership and accelerate the enterprise adoption of Spencer, Microsoft will actively promote Spencer as an engagement and productivity driver on top of existing software solutions, including its own Office 365 suite.
“Spencer leverages our cloud platform capabilities in such a way that our joint enterprise customers are up and running in a secure and efficient way, while maximizing the value of their Microsoft collaboration tools. We look forward to accelerate Spencer's Go-To-Market and to get them in touch with our partner ecosystem to help them scale.”
“These kind of alliances with strong partners in the enterprise segment, like Microsoft, are paramount in the growth strategy of Spencer. Thanks to the tight integration with Office 365, Microsoft customers can quickly and easily enable Spencer features that rely on Office 365. We strongly believe that Spencer can complement, enrich and even activate specific assets of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and we’re looking forward to the future global execution of our partnership.”
